Set up your work email signature once, then add it to Outlook.

Add your work signature to Outlook on the web
Generate your company signature here, then paste it into the Outlook on the web signature editor. Follow the five steps below for a clean setup.

Generate and copy
Complete the employee details below, then select Copy Signature.
Start with the form below -
Open signature settings
Use the web version of Outlook and sign in with your work account, then select Settings > Account > Signatures.

Create and paste
Select + New signature, give it a distinct name, then paste the copied signature into the editing box.

Save your signature
Select Save to keep the generated signature in Outlook.

Set your default signature
In both Default for new messages and Default for replies and forwards, select the distinct signature name you created from the dropdown.
Employee details
Enter your details, then copy your signature to Outlook.
Use the Light/Dark control to compare the signature against Outlook's reading pane. Click Copy Signature, open Outlook signature settings, and paste into the signature editor. The image-based signature keeps its white background and text colors unchanged.
